e.l.f was having a sale on buy one get one 50% off, so I decided to get a few things. Right now they have a special until June 2, 2014 that you can get the Sun Kissed Siren Collection for $3 with purchases of $25 or more using the code SUNKISSED. This is a 17 piece collection. Please check out the website eyeslipsface.com for more details. I hope you enjoy this review and will check out the video below for more info.
e.l.f Eyelid Primer: This sells for $1 and it is one of the best primers I have used. I am planning to do a review of different primers. If you would like to see this, please leave a comment. This primer is the sheer. It goes on creamy and keeps your shadow in place all day with no fading or creasing. I am using one and this is my back up. These also come in different shades.
e.l.f Eyeshadow Singles: These were $3.00 each and come in many shades. These two are Saddle and Raspberry Truffle. The color is sheer but is buildable. They are very soft and blend well. I will look into purchasing more of these. I have a lot of eyeshadows. If you would like to see an eyeshadow collection, please leave a comment. These do not come with an applicator but do have a small mirror.

e.l.f Small Precision Brush: This brush can serve many purposes. I use it to smudge out eyeliner on the upper and lower lash lines. Also for applying eyeshadow on the lower lash line. You can also use this in the crease for more definition or as a concealer brush for smaller areas. This sells for $3.00 each. The bristles are light and very soft. In comparison to the Professional Concealer Brush ($1), the head is longer. The concealer brush has stiffer bristles. I do not use the concealer brush for concealer, I use it for smudge eyeliner and eyeshadow.
e.l.f Contour Brush: This is also $3.00 each. The bristles are very soft and not dense. You can use this to help define your crease or even as a blending brush. I have used it for both and really like it. Since it is densely packed, you will need to use a lighter hand when blending. As you can see, the comparison between it and the Professional Blending Eye Brush ($1), it is a bit shorter. The Blending brush has even softer bristles and is my fave for blending out my crease colors.
e.l.f Flawless Concealer Brush: I really like this brush. It is just the right size for applying concealer under the eyes and also when putting powder under the eyes to set the concealer. This is $3.00 as well. The bristles are very soft and blend out the concealer well.
e.l.f Nail Polish: A lot of people don't know that e.l.f makes polish. These are very nice and go on great in one coat. They were also $3 each. There are lot of colors to choose from. The ones I chose are Garnet, Gina Girl and Cranberry. I know we just got into the beginning of Summer but Fall will be here before you know it and these colors would be great for Fall.

e.l.f Little Black Beauty Book (warm edition): I have seen this around in my local Meijer and wanted to try it out. This sells for $5.00 each. This palette comes with only one sponge applicator, which I think is crazy. When you buy a palette with so many colors there should be more than one applicator or just have a brush. The palette has mostly neutral colors but there are a few pops of color. Some of the colors are a bit hit or miss as far as pigmentation. In the swatches below you can see what I mean. With some, I can use as a base after I put on my primer to help with the tackyness but others are just non existent. I did use a few of the colors and will work with a few more. It is still a good palette for travel or to keep in you bag for a quick eye look. I wish that there were a few more darker shades such as a dark brown or black.
I hope you enjoyed this review. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Check out the video and many more on my youtube channel. Thanks for reading and watching.
