Walmart Haul #3

I went to Walmart to get an oil change and while waiting, I bought a few items.  Some are random and some heath and beauty.

I bought this tape since I was out.  I use this for many reasons.  One to tape my nails when doing water marbles or sponging.  Also to tape the guides when I need to repair a gel nail or extend it.  Sometimes the guides would come apart.

My kids are always asking me to sharpen a pencil and they never can find a pencil sharpener.  I buy mechanical pencils to prevent this but they loose them.  This was under $1 and has an eraser on the back.

I saw this in the trial sizes and wanted to try it out.  I use the Ponds facial wipes and really love them.  This cream to suppose to be anti-wrinkle.  I have not noticed less wrinkles since I don't really have that many. This product does not have a fragrance.   I use this after I wash my face, at night.  I use have been using it as a moisturizer.   I have noticed that it does not break out my skin and does leave it soft and smooth.

I use the green version of the morning burst facial cleanser with cucumber (below), and I really like it.  I saw this in the trial size items, and decided to try it.  This has scrubbing beads in it to gently exfoliate.  It has a light citrus fragrance and it doesn't irritate my skin.  I the use the morning burst moisturizer(also below) after I cleanse.

I wanted to try this yellow to see if it is as good as the other folk art colors I have.  Folk art has a thick consistency, which I like.  This makes the colors more opaque.  Yellow is one of those colors that you may have to add a bit of white to, to make it opaque.  I find that this folk art color called Daffodil Yellow is great alone but can be even better with just a bit of white, but not much.  I love folk art paint.

 

I love these colors.  The NYC color called Precious Peacock is aptly named.  It does remind me of a peacock.  I will look into doing a peacock nail design using this color.  It is a thin polish that you will need several coats to make opaque.  The Sally Hansen Triple Shine in Wavy Blue is also an amazing color.  Blue is my favorite color and this one may become by favorite blue polish.  You will need several coats but it is rich blue with a nice shimmer.  This color will be great for a 4th of July nail art.

I was going to get the Equate brand of the Neutragena Acne Face Wash but they were out.  I had a coupon for the OXY so I decided to try it.  There are 3 or 4 different formulas of this facial wash.  I chose the aloe and cucumber.  The first day I used it, it did break me out, but sometime products do that and you skin has to get used to them.  After a few days, my face did clear up and I am still using this product.  I will get the Equate acne face wash when I visit Walmart again, but for now this is working fine.
